With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emily Anderson Cunningham (Wilson, North Carolina), who passed away on April 16, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Hampton Anderson and Emily Wescott Anderson. She is survived by: her husband Robert Whitworth Cunningham; her siblings, Daisy Haywood Anderson and Wade Hampton Anderson; her children, Robert Whitworth Cunningham, Jr., Leah Hines Cunningham and Jayne Cunningham Langston; her grandchildren, Sarah Haywood Langston, Elizabeth "Liza" Holt Langston and Robert Whitworth Cunningham, III (Hannah Dawson Cunningham); and her great grandchildren, Robert Owen Cunningham and Camden Dawson Cunningham.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Timothy's Episcopal Church.
