He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade High Pridgen, Sr. and Pauline Farmer Pridgen; his siblings, Herbert Warren Pridgen (Delanie), Wade High Pridgen, Jr. (Gwen) and Dorothy Pridgen Leach (H. L. Roy); his niece Lynda Pridgen Malpass; and his nephews, Richard Wade Pridgen and Matthew Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Glenyce Davis Pridgen; his children, Sherry Andras, Jennifer Williams (York Williams) of Mebane and Scott Pridgen of Lucama; his grandchildren, Dustin Andras, Davis Williams, Hannah Williams and Ashton Pridgen; his stepgranddaughter Tina Whitenton; his great grandchildren, Holden, Dakota Black and Charles Robert Barnhill; his brother-in-law Joe Davis (Becky) of Greenville; his nephew Kent Pridgen (Shellie); and his nieces, Julia Matthews (Lee) and Tracie Ange.
