She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Eugenia Shuford Capehart and Burwell Boykin Capehart; her husband Walter Smith Linville, Jr.; her daughters, Eugenia Coble Winborne of Rocky Mount and Cameron Coble Lowe (John) of Raleigh; her stepdaughters, Lynn Linville-Lauritano (Albert) of Chapel Hill, Nancy Linville Bost (Nick) of Raleigh and Virginia Linville Kirkland (Byron) of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Byron Barnes Kirkland, Jr. of Raleigh, Virginia Dawson Kirkland of Raleigh, John William Lowe, Jr. of Raleigh, Walter Jessup Lowe of Raleigh, Cameron St. Claire Lowe of Raleigh and Deas Manning Winborne of Tarboro; and her sisters, Mary Capehart Valand of Greenville and Lesa Capehart Davidson of Greensboro. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (100 Green St NE, Wilson, NC 27893). Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the First Methodist Church (100 Green St NE, Wilson, NC 27893).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to First United Methodist Church, PO Box 1423, Wilson, North Carolina 27894.
