She was predeceased by: her husband William David Phillips; her son William David Phillips, Jr.; her parents, Lacy Daniel Bolton and Grace Welch Bolton; and her sisters, Mary Landon and Helen Ramsey.
She is survived by: her daughter Becky Gibbons (Miller); her grandchildren, Walton Gibbons (Kelly), Kate Putney (Witt), David Gibbons (Courtney), Will Phillips and Meg Phillips; her great grandchildren, William Witt Putney IV, Virginia Grace Putney and Miller Walton Gibbons III (Beau); her sisters, Libby Taylor, Jane Marlowe and Meg Scott; her sister-in-law Eloise Dixon; her caregivers, Deane, Bill, Connie, Lisa, Judy, Kim, Allison, Bonnie, Verna, Lacie, Ashley and Allyson; and also Don Berrier. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
