He was predeceased by: his parents, David G. Page and Ruby Ann Jackson Page of Rowan County; and his brother J. A. Page. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Ruth Sutton Page; his children, Becky Tomlinson (Greg) of Rocky Mount, Sandra Moock (Christopher) of Stantonsburg and David W. Page, Jr. (Amy) of Wake Forest; his grandchildren, Ashley Boe (Johnny), Wesley Mercer, Lindsay Mercer, Caroline Page and Ben Page; his siblings, Shirley Sutton and Charles Page of Mocksville; and his brother-in-law Bill McCarter of Washington, NC..
