It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Leigh Toney Edwards (Wilson, North Carolina), who passed away on November 2, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Toney and Linda "Faye" Whitley Murray; and her sister Lisa Whitley Hobgood. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Edwards; her son Christopher Toney (Kara); her sister Jeanette Foy (Neal); and her grandsons, Nickolas Toney, Isaiah Toney and David Toney.
