With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlie Thomas Hathaway of Wilson, North Carolina, who passed away on February 19, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Gregory and Magdalene Roberson Hathaway; and his siblings, Jimmy Ray Hathaway and Patricia Hathaway Kennedy. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Johnson (Steven) of Wilson, Susan Cruse (Travis) of Southport and Amber McClung of Roanoke Rapids; his granddaughter Alyssa Johnson; his niece Teresa Ann Rhodes (Vance); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Wayne of Georgia and Ashland Rhodes of Georgia; and his nephew Jimmy Sipe (Diane) of Florida.
