He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Dale Ferrell (Lisa) and Bonnie Flowers Ferrell; his brother Ronald Shane Ferrell (Julie) of North Wilkesboro; his stepsister Amy Ayscue (Troy) of Bailey; his aunt Vickie Keen of Wilson; his niece Paisley Ferrell; and his great-aunt Mavis Williams.
