She was predeceased by: her husband Dalton Mitchell Webb; her parents, Robert Pipkin and Christine Pipkin; her siblings, Tammy C. Pipkin and Steve Stanley Pipkin; and her sister-in-law Mavis Pipkin.
She is survived by: her children, Ginger Carroll Parlett, Dalton Mitchell Webb, Jr. and Michael Wayne Webb (Elizabeth); her brother Kenneth Pipkin (Jane); and her sister-in-law Linda Pipkin. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
