She was predeceased by: her husband Donnie Ray Howell; her sisters, Margaret Evans and Betty Pollock; and her parents, Lewis Harding Hall and Sally Edwards Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Howell Seaford (Mark) of Salisbury, NC, Heather Howell Hemphill (Brian) of Oak Island, NC and Brandon Howell (Anna) of Woodbridge, VA; her grandchildren, Annah Seaford, Ellah Seaford, Caleb Hemphill (Briana), Hunter Hemphill (Kate), Paxton Hemphill and Landon Howell; her siblings, Connie Grady (Timothy) of Four Oaks, NC, Lewis Hall, Jr. (Susan) of Kenly, NC and Ricky Hall of Cedar Point, NC; her brother-in-law Tommy Howell (Maria) of Carolina Shores, NC; and her pet Rosie. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
