He was predeceased by: his father Anthony "Tony" Scott Harper. He is survived by: his daughter Emma Rylee Webb; his mother Tammy Webb Greene; his siblings, Mason Greene, Anthony Harper, Angel Webb and Hannah Webb; his nephew Aiden Webb; his niece Elizabeth Greene; his aunt Brenda Webb; and his friend Barbecue. He is also survived by loving friends and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made towards a college fund for Byron's daughter, Emma Rylee Webb.
