Heath (Teresa); his grandchildren, Brooks Heath (Bonnie), Bennett Heath, Shane Heath (Courtney), Sterling Heath (Madison), John Heath (Allyson), Janelle Heath (Ben), Heath Driver and Heather Evans (Justin); and his great grandchildren, Dakota, Beau, Alex, Brooke and Nick.
