He was predeceased by: his wife Katie Naomi Barnes Williams; his parents, Rossie Mack Williams and Ruby Estelle Whitehead Williams; and his brothers, Jack Williams and George Williams.
He is survived by: his sisters, Peggy Ann Ward of Lexington, Carolyn Williams of Wilson and Janice Sherrod (Jeff) of Bailey; his nieces and nephews, Bonnie Snider, Ken Ward (Trish), Mary Ann Ward, Bobby Joe Ward (Candy), Michell Price (Kenny), Mickey Harris, Larry Evans, Christy Evans (Josh) and Buddy Williams; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Katelyn, Jade, Kaeden, Caroline, Lainey, Cameron, Andrew, Nicholas, Isabel, Connor, Charlie, Renee, LeeAnn, Destiney, Gage, Dillon and Robbie; and his pet Buster.
