He was predeceased by: his parents, William David Parker, Sr. and Mary Moore Parker; and his siblings, Jean "Bonnie" Parker Evans and Derward "Buddy" Parker. He is survived by: his daughter Crystal MeAnn Parker (Sam Fulcher); his siblings, Barbara Bass (Ray), Brenda Parker, William "Butch" Parker and Thomas "Bootsie" Parker (Susan); and his sister-in-law Linda Parker. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews.
