He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Bass and Yvonne Tedder Bass. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lewis Bass of Wilson; his son Roger Bass (Ashley) of Elm City; his grandsons, Noah, Charlie and Brayden; and his siblings, Russ Bass (Sherry) of Wilson, David Bass (Barbara) of Rocky Mount and Pat Register (Gene) of Wilson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and great friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wilson Memorial Service (2811 Fieldstream Dr N, Wilson, NC 27896). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Park (2800 Nash St N, Wilson, NC 27896).
