He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gilbert Batts Sr. and Mildred Spicer Proctor Batts; and his granddaughter Brittany Batts. He is survived by: his wife Carole Batts; his sons, William Scott Batts (Nadia) and Daniel Ryan Batts (Becky); and his grandsons, Josh Batts, Cody Batts and Scotty Batts.
