She is survived by: her brother Steve Mercer (Carolyn) of Roanoke Rapids; her daughter Susan Grady Wyche of Raleigh; and her granddaughters, Taylor, Jillian Daly of Durham, Beaufort and Lucy Wyche of Raleigh.
