It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Steinbacher Fahling (Wilson, North Carolina), who passed away on April 11, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son James Porter Fahling, III; and her parents, Charles Louis Steinbacher and Doloris Lakey. She is survived by: her husband James P. Fahling; and her daughters, Patricia Owens (Luky), Kelly Seyler, Julie Overman (Bobby) and Lori Fahling (Matthew). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and eighteen great-grandchildren.
