He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fisher and Cora Fisher; and his siblings, Margaret Mayo, Wilma Askew and C. A. Fisher.
He is survived by: his children, Dolly Ellington, Jackie Washburn and Danny Chappel; and his sisters, Betty Smith, Nellie Whitley, Wynell Thomas, Wanda Turner and Patsy Hinesley.
