She is survived by: her husband William D. "Bill" Johnson; her daughters, Paula Johnson Henderson of Raleigh and Leigh Ann Thorne-Boyette (Michael) of Sims; her grandchildren, Anna Claire Joshi, Grayson Thorne, William Joshi, Johnson Thorne, Caroline Joshi and Emily Boyette; and her sisters, Joan Hinnant (Howard) of Sims, Alice Bissette (Jerry) of Sims and Vickie Hinnant (David) of Kenly.
