She was predeceased by: her husband Horace W. Jordan; her parents, James Frederick and Stella Downing; and her siblings, Virginia "Jenny", Agnes, Mitt, Evelyn, Audrey, Stella, Richard, Joe, Jake, Jim, Woodrow, Tommy, Carlton and Wade.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda "Sherry" Jordan Denton (Snookie) of Wilson and Andrea "Faye" Jordan Day (Frank) of Wilson; her grandchildren, Tracy Day Meadows of Wilmington and Justin Denton of Durham; and her great grandchildren, Bradley Meadows of Wilmington, Elijah Denton of Wilson, Lydia Denton of Wilson and Bethany Denton of Wilson.
