Woody Pridgen Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Woody Pridgen in Wilmington, North Carolina, born in Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on January 13, 2025 at the age of 62. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Woody Pridgen to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his father Guy W. Pridgen, Sr.; his grandparents, Alton Woodrow, Mattie Mae Ketchum, Liston Winfield and Pearl Mitchell Pridgen; and his nephew Owen Cage Scholl.
He is survived by: his wife Kim Scholl Pridgen; his children, Lindsey Watson (Richard) and Luke Pridgen (Savannah); his grandsons, Row and Field Watson; his mother Myrma Joyce Ketchum Pridgen; his brother Guy Pridgen (Joanne); and his nephews, Caleb (Hannah) and Nathan Scholl.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Calendar Hendersonville Memory Gardens, Funeral Home & Cremation Center (353 E Main St, Hendersonville, TN 37075). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Stroke Association or the Ascension St. Thomas Foundation.
