He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul D. Woodall and Eupha Cleo Woodall; and his wife Linda Faye Burris Woodall. He is survived by: his children, William Timothy Woodall (Theresa Jean Caruso), Anna Woodall Lee (Jason Allen) and Elizabeth Joy Murray; his grandchildren, Joshua Woodall, Byron, Brayden, Bentlee Murray, Caroline and Riker Lee; and his siblings, Paul, Patricia and Catherine Woodall. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wilmington Funeral and Cremation (1535 S 41st St, Wilmington, NC 28403).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bill's memory to charities supporting cancer research and those in need, reflecting his generous spirit and profound care for others.
