He is survived by: his children, William Ramsey, Jr. (Linda) of Burgaw and Julie Ramsey Horrell of Wilmington; his grandchildren, Christian Horrell, Sgt. Patrick Caleb Horrell (Memory) and Austin Ramsey; his great grandchildren, Landyn and Ezra; and his sister Yvonne Brigman (Jimmy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
