She was predeceased by: her husband Durwood Edwards; her parents, William Hufham and Lessie Hufham; her brothers, William, Floyd, James and Billy; and her sister-in-law Alice Joyce Bland.
She is survived by: her children, Deryl Edwards (Trudy) and Joanie Edge (Barry) of Wilmington, NC; her grandchildren, Lauren Lawler (Aaron), Grayson Edwards, Noah Edge and Katie Edge; and her siblings-in-law, Marie Hufham, Wendell Edwards (Ellen), Dorothy Bays (David) and Joe Edwards (Linda). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
