It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivian R. Carter of Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on June 3, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Howard Risley and Adna Fredericks Risley. She is survived by: her sons, Tate and Scott Carter; her daughter-in-law Claudia Carter; and her grandchildren, Rice, Juliet and Savanna Carter.
