He is survived by: his sons, Rick Adam (Debbie) and Chris Adam (Stacey); his grandchildren, Chase Parks (Rachel), Jordan Bradley (Walker), Sarah Bignault (Sam), Matthew Adam and Morgan Adam; his great grandchildren, Penny and Nora Iliadis; and his niece Sarah Lynn Chase (Chuck).
