Hartman (Wilmington, North Carolina), born in New York, New York, who passed away on January 23, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Sweeney and Mary Virginia Sweeney. She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dee" Hartman; her children, Robin S. Radcliffe (Dennis), Chris Weygand (Roni) and Deane M. Sully; her grandchildren, Joseph Radcliffe, Ryan Radcliffe, Cameron Radcliffe, McKenzie Radcliffe, Brandin Weygand, Jaden Weygand, Mylie Weygand and Leam Scully; her siblings, Mary Murphy, Anne Dwyer, Terri Bader (Ray), Joan Moore (Dermot), Elenor Czarnecki (Tony) and Bill Sweeney Jr. (Maryanne); and her extended family Richard D. Hartman, Jr. (Melissa). She is also survived by her loving family, extended family and many friends.
