She is survived by: her children, Jesse Lee Philemon Jr., Jeffery Thomas Philemon and Clarissa Philemon Thomas (Scott Thomas); her granddaughter Jessie Leigh Thomas; and her caregiver Vickie Hines Lagan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
