She is survived by: her parents, John W. "Bill" and Evelyn Moody Willetts; her husband Grayling Hoffman; her sons, Charles Cavileer (Heidi), Kyle Cavileer (Tasha) and Trevor Cavileer; her sister Donna Cook (Billy); her grandchildren, Carsen, Collin, Donovan, Ella, Logan, Maison, Sam, Stirling, Thomas and Zachary; and her great grandchild Addison. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She was also active in the NC Sorosis and the Walk to End Alzheimer's.
