With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah Harrell (Wilmington, North Carolina), who passed away on January 4, 2023 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sarah Harrell to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vestal and Etta Agnus Simerson; and her grandson Scott Teague. She is survived by: her children, Jo Anne Harrelson (Clarence), Melissa Insco (Billy), L. B. Harrell (Pat) and Kevin Harrell (Bobbi); and her sister Carolyn Bullock. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
