He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew T. Wilkes and Helen Moore Wilkes. He is survived by: his wife Teresa DeBose Wilkes; his siblings, Donald Wilkes of Winnabow, NC, Debbie West and Brenda Melton; and his granddaughter Reagan Wilkes. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of dear friends.
