He is survived by: his wife Doris McQuery; his children, Michael McQuery (Barbara) of Carolina Beach, NC, Jean Ellis (Greg) of Pickens, SC and Debbie McQuery (Harold Croom) of Wilmington, NC; his grandchild Darcey Tinga (Will Jewett) of Raleigh, NC; and his siblings, Patti Dean, Buddy McQuery, Dean McQuery and Jimmy McQuery.
