He is survived by: his wife Peggy Jane Woods; his children, Beverley Woods, Cindy Retchin (Sander Retchin) and Robert Charles Woods, Jr. (Noelle Woods); his brother Gerald Woods; and his grandchildren, Trey Bland (Shannon), Kennedy Woods (Austin Sutton) and Bailey Woods.
