We bid farewell to Rita M. Pence (Wilmington, North Carolina), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 16, 2025 at the age of 84. Rita touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. James Jerome Pence Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Robin Eberhart, Matt Eberhart (Liz) and Lynn Webster (Spencer); her grandchildren, Aspen, Jenna, Luke, Nick, Macy, Ansley, Meredith, Campbell and Ally; and her great grandchildren, Madeline and Addilyn.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Market Street Chapel (1617 Market St, Wilmington, NC 28401). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
