He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John E. O'Toole and Helen Spillane O'Toole; his wife Cynthia Ambrogne-O'Toole (Cindy); and his children, Justin A. O'Toole of Saco and Marisa J. O'Toole of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.. He was also cherished by wife and children, he is survived by a granddaughter, a daughter-in-law and son-in-law, nieces, nephews, and a sister.
