He is survived by: his children, Randall Cardwell of Richmond, VA, David Cardwell (Regina) of Lindside, WV and Venita Skidmore (Mark) of Narrows, VA; his grandson Bryan Skidmore (Amber); and his brother Curtis (Lucille) of Myrtle Beach, SC. He is also survived by many close friends and neighbors.
