She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Cutting and Viola Cutting; her husband Donald Niles; her son Ross Niles; her granddaughter Anastasia Stallings; and her siblings, Bertha Banks, Clifford Cutting, Loren Cutting, Robert Cutting, Shirley Decker, John Cutting, Edna Shearer (Jo) and Richard Cutting.
She is survived by: her children, Lenora, Denise, Donald and Phillip; and her siblings, Rose Mazzarella, Glen Cutting, Florence Strong and Elizabeth Vroman. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and step-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the C. H. Landers, Inc. Funeral Chapel (21 Main St, Sidney, NY 13838). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A reception was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the American Legion Hall (22 Union St, Sidney, NY 13838).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Phyllis's name may be directed to the First Baptist Church in Bainbridge.
