He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Pearsall and Marjory Garman Pearsall. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Vann Pearsall; his sons, Keith Pearsall (Dana) and David Pearsall; his brother Frederick Pearsall; his grandchildren, Ariana Pearsall McGill (Emory), Buck Pearsall, Cacki Pearsall, Woodruff, Sawyer and Sampson Pearsall; his stepchildren, Gregory Austin and Ashley Austin Kelly (Brendon); and also Lily Elizabeth Austin.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Market Street Chapel (1617 Market St, Wilmington, NC 28401).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Philip's memory may be made to the charity of one's choice.
