He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cullen Holt and Goldstone Hardee Holt; his in-laws, Edward and Evelyn Loftin; his siblings, Harold Holt, Patricia Rich, Timothy Holt, Martin Holt and Bobby Holt; and his nieces, Kimberly Holt and Antionette Rich.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa "Terrie" Loftin Holt; his children, Rebecca "Becky" Holt Brown (Bruce) and Paul Edward Holt (Charley); and his grandchildren, Tori Holt, Collin Holt, Lane Holt and Michael Black. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Market Street Chapel (1617 Market St, Wilmington, NC 28401). Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lower Cape Fear Hospice & LifeCare Center in Paul's memory.
