She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Wagner Flanagan (Sis) and James Flanagan; and her sister Debra Ann Koch. She is survived by: her husband Anthony; her daughter Maureen Ruby (Kolby) of Wake Forest, NC; her granddaughter Teagan Ruby; and her brother James Flanagan (Carol) of Cedar Knolls, NJ. She is also survived by many cousins, friends, niece, and nephews.
