She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Wilson Rumley, Jr.; her parents, Henry Rivenbark and Tempie Rivenbark; and her sister Ginnie Rivenbark. She is survived by: her siblings, Iris R. Sexton and H. Gene Rivenbark (Vicki); her nieces and nephews, Lyn Riggs, Julie Woodring (Ricky), Will Rivenbark (SaJorden Miller), Justin, Kelsey and Lee Woodring; her adoptive son Ventzie Penev (Theresa); and her grandchildren, Nadia and Iliya Penev.
