She was predeceased by: her parents, Braxton C Barefoot and Betty Morgan Barefoot; her husband James Lacy Price; and her siblings, Kovess, Hoover, Mildred Lee, Mercedes Weekly, Atelia Smith, Juanita Caddell and Marjorie Washburn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Price of Concord, Barbara Blalock (Daniel) of Stanfield, Phyllis Herschenfeld, Ronda York and April Vaillancourt.
