It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norman Ray Kaylor Sr. in Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on March 18, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Kaylor and Delia Morris Kaylor; his wife Betty Jo Russell Kaylor; and his daughter Beth. He is survived by: his son Norman Ray Kaylor, Jr. (L. Bagwell) of Marble, NC; and his sister Bette Widner of Tuscaloosa, AL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and a special pet dog.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent in honor of his life to the University of North Carolina Wilmington Scholarship Fund.
