She was predeceased by: her parents, Cletas Jackson and Geneva Jackson; her husband Charles H. Manning, Sr.; her grandson Justin Mark Shepard; and her siblings, Nina, Blanche, Catherine, Bonnie Lou, George, Charlie, Graydon, Cletas and James Ray.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Hassell Manning, Jr., Ellen Manning Shepard, Carol Manning Scott (Patrick) and John Mark Manning (Tracy); and her grandchildren, Jessica, Caroline, Charlie, Tommy, Jackie, Rachel and Emery.
Due to the current pandemic, a private memorial service will be held on Friday, November 20, 2020 at 11:00 am.
