She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Edward Allen, Sr. and Lucy Lee Child Allen; her sons, Thomas Edward Smith and Jeffrey Alan Smith; and her brother Paul Edward Allen, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Smith Wise of Bolton and Karen Smith Bullard of Riegelwood; her sisters, Ann Scott of Leland and Mary Butler of Leland; her close friends, Liz Pina and Terry Causey; and her cousin Jo Ann Williams.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children Research, honoring Tootie's compassionate spirit and caring nature.
