She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Howell and Eva Martin Howell; her husbands, William Loyd Price Jr. and John A. Westbrook; and her brothers, Claude Howell, Tully Howell, Charles Howell, Herring Bullock Howell (H. B.), Marshall Howell (Sonny Boy) and Ronald Howell.
She is survived by: her siblings, William Howell (Bill), Elizabeth Hendren (Sis), Ann Owens and Cathy Gearhart; her children, Pamela Price of Wilmington, William Price, III of Wilmington, Mark Price (Tammy) of Monroe and Mitchell Price (Jamie) of Cookeville, Tennessee; her stepsons, Gregory Price (Henrietta) of Lumberton and Michael Price of Fayetteville; her grandchildren, Erica Price, Anna Price, Andrew Price, Kristyn Martin (Daniel), Ashley Lynch (Phillip), Katie Barr (Dustin) and Kasey Heath (John); and her great grandchildren, Cooper Martin, Elli Lynch, Zeb Lynch, Knox Lynch, Margaret Barr, Charlie Barr, Libby Barr and Baylor Heath.
