It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ann Harrell of Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on January 4, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Hugh Oosterwyk; and her siblings, Margie Oosterwyk and Richard H. Oosterwyk, Sr. (Mary Ann). She is survived by: her husband Bobby Ray Harrell, Sr.; her granddaughters, Mary Jo Harrell and Deborah Harrell Roseman (Mark); her children, Travis Allen, Alicia Allen Chase (Perry), Caroline (Catherine Roseman), Bobby Harrell Jr. (Brooke), Kyri Harrell, Hugh Harrell (Alyssa), Natalie, Meredith and Evan Harrell; and her nieces and nephews, Teresa "Terre" Oosterwyk-Fruh, Jennifer "Jenny" Oosterwyk, Jo Anne Harrelson, Melissa "Missy" Insco, Richard Oosterwyk, Jr., Brian Oosterwyk, Keith Moore, Brian Moore, Christopher "Chris" Moore, Leon Harrell III and Kevin Harrell. She is also survived by her four children, their spouses.
