She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell H. Moore and Mildred R. Moore; her grandmother Jill Ratchford (Tom); her brother James Moore (Blair); and her daughter Jill.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Blair Stutzman; her daughter Sue Picus (Joel); and her grandchildren, Blair Love (Erskine), Bess Schrader (Tom), Douglas Powell III, Joshua Picus, Samuel Picus and Anna Ratchford. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Coble Funeral & Cremation Service (3915 Oleander Dr, Wilmington, NC 28403).
