She is survived by: her children, Cathy Hammett (Don), Michael Smith (Trudy) and Lynwood Smith (Monica); her daughter-in-law Sandra Burwell; her husband Lyman A. Smith, Jr.; and her son Richard Thomas Burwell "Dickie". She is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren.
